Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering the MonthOffGas promotion.
This contest is intended for play in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter unless you are located in the United States at the time of entry.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Participation is undertaken at the entrant's sole option and discretion. Void where prohibited.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.
The illustration of a gas card is not necessarily the exact card or gas-company card that may be awarded, but is a representation of the value that will be awarded.
MonthOffGas.com and the Sponsor are not sponsored by or affiliated with any gas or oil company and make no claim of affiliation as such.
Open to legal residents of any one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible: employees, contractors, directors and officers of Universal Forge 2025, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment, insurance agencies, judging and Contest agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, “Contest Parties”).
Immediate family members — spouse, parent, child, sibling and spouse or step-relations — and those living in the same household are also ineligible. Persons living in the same household include persons, whether related or not, who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest.
Entrants choosing to participate in the EV Test Drive entry method described in Section 4 must possess a valid, unexpired United States driver's license and proof of current auto insurance as required by their state of residence and the specific Partnering Auto Dealership. Partnering Auto Dealerships reserve the right to refuse a test drive to any individual who does not meet their independent safety, age or insurance requirements.

Entrants are limited to one MonthOffGas entry every 30 days, although Sponsor may periodically provide opportunities to earn bonus entries by sharing contest information or through other promotional opportunities identified by Sponsor.
MonthOffGas contests are random drawings. Eligible users receive entries and a randomizing process is used to select a winner.
Additional random drawings may periodically be performed in addition to a monthly grand-prize drawing.
To enter the Contest, visit MonthOffGas.com during the applicable Contest Period and follow the on-screen instructions.
Follow the on-screen instructions to properly complete and submit the registration form for the Contest. Entry information may be validated for accuracy.
During the Contest Period, entrants may earn an additional entry by completing a test drive of an Electric Vehicle (“EV”) at a participating Partnering Auto Dealership. To qualify, entrants must schedule or walk in for an EV test drive, complete the test drive, and follow the specific entry instructions provided by the dealership representative, such as scanning a designated QR code or submitting a validated entry form. No vehicle purchase is necessary to earn this entry.
Participation in the EV Test Drive portion of this Contest is strictly subject to the right of contract by Universal Forge 2025, Inc. and any Partnering Auto Dealership.
By electing to participate in the test drive, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that they will be required to sign a separate test drive agreement, waiver of liability and/or release directly with the Partnering Auto Dealership prior to operating any vehicle.
The Partnering Auto Dealership operates as an independent entity, and Universal Forge 2025, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the terms, execution or enforcement of the dealership's independent contracts.
Sponsor shall have the right to substitute prizes. For example, a different gas-card supply may be available from the card pictured or otherwise displayed.
MonthOffGas restricts the standard award to $300 per drawn winner, unless the entrant is selected for the additional $1,000 drawing.
Smaller random drawings may also be conducted from time to time at the sole discretion of Universal Forge 2025, Inc. and MonthOffGas.
Winners in random contests will be selected by random drawing.
Entrants agree that Universal Forge 2025, Inc. has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Contest and that all decisions are final and binding.
By acceptance of a prize, winners agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Contest Parties, as well as each of their respective parent and affiliated companies, employees, representatives, contractors, advertisers and sponsors, from liability, loss, damage, cost or claim related to the acceptance or use of the prize.
If the actual, alleged or publicized conduct of an entrant is illegal, grossly offensive, violates generally accepted standards of behavior, or otherwise leads Sponsor to reasonably conclude that public association with the entrant would subject Sponsor to ridicule, contempt, controversy, embarrassment or scandal, Sponsor may disqualify the entrant.
All entrants must have a valid Contest ID, email address and physical address.
Winners are solely responsible for taxes associated with their prizes and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the taxable value of a prize where required.
No entrant-requested substitution of a prize is offered. Prizes are non-transferable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If a prize or portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
If the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including because of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest.

This Contest is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Claims relating to this Contest or a submission must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Any action must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a class or collective action.
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest is subject to the MonthOffGas.com Privacy Policy .
Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize this website or interfere with operation of the Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all available remedies against such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Finalists will be notified by phone and/or email generally within six (6) weeks of the end of the applicable Contest Period and may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release.
A prize may be forfeited and an alternate finalist may be selected if required documents are not returned within the required period or if correspondence is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address.
Any waiver by Sponsor of an obligation under these Official Rules does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to entrants.
No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Contest Parties resulting from any user's participation in or attempted participation in the Contest or the user's ability or inability to upload or download information connected with participation.
Contest Parties are not responsible for technical problems or technical malfunction including hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity; Internet service-provider, server, host or provider problems; garbled or faulty data transmissions; lost, late, delayed or intercepted email; website inaccessibility; Internet congestion; unauthorized intervention; hacking, theft, viruses, bugs or worms; or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Contest.
Contest Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in prize announcements or these Official Rules, or inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the website. Use of the website is at the user's own risk.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and Contest Parties from claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Contest.
Sponsor is not liable if any portion of the Contest or event is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism or any condition beyond Sponsor's control. Should such a force majeure event occur, Sponsor may make a reasonable substitution in its sole discretion.
By participating in the EV Test Drive entry method, entrants expressly assume all risks associated with operating a motor vehicle. Entrants release, indemnify and hold harmless Universal Forge 2025, Inc., MonthOffGas, all Partnering Auto Dealerships, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, employees and agents from liability, claims, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of or related to participation in the EV test drive.

If a contest prize is valued at $5,000 or more, residents of Florida and New York are not eligible to enter.
Sponsor reserves the right to interview a winner and publish that interview on web pages and other media placements selected by Sponsor, subject to applicable law and any required consent or release.
